The ODS Plus network is for OEBB members living in or traveling through Oregon or Southwest Washington (Pacific, Wahkiakum, Cowlitz or Clark counties).

Prescription information

The ODS Rx formulary is updated quarterly. This preferred drug list may change prior to October 1, 2008.

Flu shot vaccinations

ODS is excited to announce that we will be covering flu shot vaccinations as a part of the OEBB preventative services benefit. To receive your flu shot vaccine, simply visit the most accessible contracted provider in your area.
