ODS has always treated all member information as confidential. If you are sending ODS an email inquiring about your own protected health information, it is likely that we will be able to assist you.

If you are inquiring on another member under the plan, you will need to call ODS Customer Service at 877-337-0650. Depending on your relationship to the person you are inquiring on, we may require a verbal approval or written authorization in order to discuss their protected health information if we don't already have one on file.
