Employer Online Services is a free service available to all
groups seven days a week giving Group Administrators direct access to ODS' eligibility
system.
With this feature you have the ability
to:
- Enroll members
- Order ID Cards
- Update address and personal information
- Update Primary Care Physician
- Terminate Coverage
- View eligibility
- Update pharmacy eligibility for same day pharmacy

Getting Started with Employer Online Services
To set up access, please follow these steps:
- Complete and sign the Employer Online
Service Agreement.
- Fax the agreement to the ODS Web Administrator at 503-243-4498
- The Web Administrator will email you with your login
and password.
