Employer Online Services Update

Employer Online Services (EOS) was launched in September 2004. This exciting service is free, easy to use and available seven days a week. Currently, over 200 groups are using EOS to assist with their eligibility administration. EOS allows group administrators direct access to ODS’ eligibility systems and lets them perform the following functions:

Enroll members
Order ID cards
Update address and personal information
Update Primary Care Physician
Terminate coverage
View eligibility
View member handbooks
E-mail their billing and eligibility specialist
Update pharmacy eligibility for same-day pharmacy pick up
